When the East India vessel Götheborg returned to its home port in June 2007, we received the great honour of making lunch to, among others, his majesty the king, the president of China and his wife, the Minister for Foreign Affairs Carl Bildt, and other celebrities.

We chose to serve a Swedish tasting plate with a salmon and scallop tartar, marinated Kalix bleak roe, schnaps marinated West Botnia cheese, nettle pesto, shellfish vinaigrette and herbal oil.
