We will customize your wedding according to your wishes.
Wedding at Nya Varvet with its beautiful green areas just by the sea, with Älvsborgsbron in the background.
Many couples choose to marry on the field of grass just by our restaurant and party premises with the large sun terrace just at the river mouth.
There are many popular churches in the area, e.g. St Birgittas Kapell.

Menu Suggestion

Our menu is just a suggestion. You are of course welcome to change it to anyone else of our many menus (party menu 1-10).

Bridal toast:
1 glas of sparkling wine

Starter:
Scallops with balsam tomato butter on herb salad with sliced parmesan

1 glass of the house's white or red wine

Main Course:
Poached fillet of witch with herb duchesse, champagne sauce and buttered carrot purée

Two glasses of the house's red or white wine

Dessert:
White chocolate pannacota with blackberries preserved raw
